Director of Product Sales & Marketing Remote- United States

The Director of Product Sales & Marketing, reporting directly to the COO, will lead the strategic planning and execution of ETR’s product sales and marketing. This dynamic leader will devise a cohesive annual plan, steer a talented team of Regional Account Managers, and oversee sales and marketing personnel to achieve the targeted sales objectives. 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING

Deep experience in:

• Creating and executing product sales strategy.
• Mentoring, managing, and supervising marketing, sales, and sales support staff.
• Developing and managing a multi-channel product marketing strategy
• K-12 education, with a preference for EdTech and curriculum resources.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of growth.
• 7 years of experience in mentoring, managing, and supervising sales and sales support staff, preferably in EdTech or K12 Education.
• Deep experience in technology, digital products, and SaaS revenue models.
• Comprehensive understanding of the K-12 educational landscape, including technology and curriculum resources.
• Proven track record at achieving sales goals and objectives with a solid record of progressive growth.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
• Experience working with executive-level leadership internally and externally.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM tools like Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce systems, digital merchandising, web store functionality, and events registration a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed (1-5%).
• The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Location: Remote – United States.

Starting Pay Range: $146,600-$179,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $146,600 to $162,800 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
