Our medical staff consists of board-certified specialists in surgery, oncology, internal medicine, cardiology, and dentistry in addition to a skilled and experienced group of emergency veterinarians.

We are proud of the doctors we have appointed to provide you and your pet with the highest level of care possible! We are seeking a Client Service Lead to guide and develop our department.

Client Service Coordinators are the critical first point of contact with SAGE Centers for our clients and we need a smart, experienced leader for our wonderful Santa Barbara hospital.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll own in this role : Manage a team of Client Service Coordinators Ensure all team members provide an exceptional client experience Complete monthly schedule and ensure adequate coverage Manage department payroll and staffing costs, to include review and approval of timecards Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed Ensure daily financial close is properly complete Participate in development of and refinements to best practices (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety Basic required qualifications : A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume client service setting A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive professional attitude and demeanor Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communications systems Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing Valid California driver’s license, proper vehicle registration, and California’s minimum automobile insurance coverage requirement Desired qualifications : Experience with Vetspire or EzyVet software Client service experience in a veterinary clinic Work schedule : Full-Time Flexible schedule required Perks : Monthly in-house RACE-approved courses and staff development opportunities for all employees ! Compensation ranges from $26 - $33 hourly Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurances, flex-spending accounts, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, 3 weeks accrued paid time off, and uniforms Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location.
