The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including propagation, cultivation, and harvest, as well as the post-harvest activities related to curing, trimming, packaging, and storing finished product. The Cultivation Technician is a detail-oriented, operational team player with strong communication skills.

Cultivation Technicians are an integral part of the cultivation and post-harvest team. By reporting the conditions observed of both the environment and crops, they help guide the overall success of every production cycle. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace.
