Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Direct Hire
Location: Highland, New York
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and the ability to work comfortably with multiple screens in a Windows-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Adaptability to learn and follow Zumtobel's processes and procedures.
  • A positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, handling inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to clients.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance departments as required.
  • Navigate Excel and utilize a multi-screen Windows-based environment to manage customer accounts and data effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, following established processes for customer service excellence.
