Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and the ability to work comfortably with multiple screens in a Windows-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and customer communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Adaptability to learn and follow Zumtobel's processes and procedures.
- A positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, handling inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to clients.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance departments as required.
- Navigate Excel and utilize a multi-screen Windows-based environment to manage customer accounts and data effectively.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, following established processes for customer service excellence.
