Job Description:
We are looking for an attentive, data-driven individual to join our sales development team to help acquire new business prospects. The Business Development Rep identifies and qualifies high quality prospects and sets an appointments for our sales team to attend.
Responsibilities:
-The Business Development Rep (BDR) is responsible for making business to business contact with prospects via telephone and email. The goal of the position is to verify the qualification criteria, provide value propositions to the decision makers, and obtain an appointments for our sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Communicate effectively with potential customers.
- Utilize CRM software to track prospecting activities and manage relationships.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency using CRM software.
-Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word/Excel, Email, General Internet Search and other online lead generation tools.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships
-Persistence along with Patience
