eTeam is Hiring a Learning and Development Coordinator Near Worth, TX
- Provide classroom support for new hire orientation and on the job training efforts
- Work with L&D team and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Develop training resource documents as assigned
- Update Job Task Validations and procedures
- Input training completion records and other information as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Quals
You have a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer background with previous use of Microsoft Word and Excel programs required.
- Technical Writing or related field preferred.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are willing to do complete stand-up presentations.
- You are self-motivated and good at multitasking. You are capable of adjusting workload responsibilities as business needs change.
- You work well in a team environment and are willing to work flexible hours when necessary to meet output deadlines.
