Corporate Contract Administrator - ParalegalOur client has an immediate need for a corporate Contracts Administrator, Paralegal.Duties:
Draft, negotiate, review and finalize corporate contracts (including non-disclosure, master service, purchase & services, consulting, service, concession, sponsorship, location and standard license agreements).
Manage all administrative aspects of the contract review and approval process, including cataloguing and tracking contracts status, maintaining a contract database, and recommending policies and procedures to ensure proper & orderly processing of contracts.
Interface with the corporate stakeholders legal, finance, and other supporting cross functional teams to answer questions, and resolve issues related to transactional business.
Prepare RFP responses as required to support the Corporate Accounts and Sales teams; meet proposal deadlines.
Identify and address commercial, financial, legal, and operational issues on complex matters and seek advice from management and subject matter experts.
Conduct historical contract review, prepare contract summaries, and provide guidance to company personnel regarding contracting issues, concepts, and requirements. Proactively making recommendations to management for ways to improve contract templates, processes, and policies.
Requirements:
You have a Bachelors degree a plus, contracts experience required, Paralegal Certificate desired.
Three or more years of experience in drafting, reviewing, revising and interpretating contracts, where you have used critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risk and communicate using contract principles and policies.
Your skills include knowledge of contract and business law (required); emphasis in business and transactional-related course (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe.
