We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Consultant proficient in utilizing Celonis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in leveraging Celonis to drive business process improvements and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Celonis to analyze and visualize complex business processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement against an Oracle technology stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable insights to drive business strategy.
• Design and implement Celonis-based solutions to automate Oracle Applications processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business performance and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain Celonis dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, track process performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Celonis functionalities, best practices, and data analysis techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Celonis updates, and best practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst/Technical Consultant, with a focus on process optimization and a
• Proficiency in Celonis, including experience with process mining, data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Experience with UI Path, Invoiced, Coupa, Bill AP/AR
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
