***Day Shift***

Join the nation’s largest, privately-owned freight carrier as a Customer Service Clerk II. Based in the fast-paced environment of our Duluth, MN terminal, this role provides customer service support and shipping assistance. Other duties include administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

We're looking for someone with great customer service and multi-tasking skills who is friendly, reliable, experienced, and willing to learn.

Pay & Benefits for Part-time Customer Care Clerks:

• Starting hourly rate of $19.80 per hour up to $22.05 per hour

Qualifications Summary:

• Previous experience in the LTL industry is a plus but not required

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• AS400 experience preferred

• Billing and tracking experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills

• Capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
