1. Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Organize and execute various events within the restaurant, such as private parties, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Logistics: Coordinate with restaurant management the venue setup, catering, packages, special requests, etc.
• Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, from booking to post-event follow-up.

2. Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and sales coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in event management software (Tripleseat is a plus) and MS Office
• Marketing coordination familiarity is a plus
