**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at ESSCO Pipe and Supply. The ideal candidate will have waterworks product knowledge and be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the designated territory.
**Duties:**
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet customer needs effectively
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or related field
- Strong sales acumen with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of technical sales, business development, and customer service practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients
- Proficiency in technology sales tools and CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills
