BDC Sales Representative
As a BDC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service! BDC representatives identify sales leads among new and existing customers. They develop new business by scouting leads via the internet, phone, and mailings.
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from customers regarding appointments, pricing and general inquiries.
· Utilize phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up with customers and schedule Sales appointments.
· Actively engage with customers to assess their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about available services.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales appointments, and follow-up activities.
· Stay informed about product updates, sales promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
· Confirm sales appointments everyday.
· Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups with no-shows.
· Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to customers.
Schedule: Monday through Friday and Saturday Required
