From a high level the individual will be responsible for the following:

Titling more of a telecom resource as will need to have telecommunications knowledge and knows how to run product from business perspective.

Responsible for managing telecom initiatives.

Highly experienced with all facets of client relations and departments that serve them

Sound knowledge of report generation related of client telecom activities

Prepare budget/metric reports regarding clients.

Develop client strategies in partnership with client facing departments and ongoing initiatives

Understands how a financial service client makes revenue on the client network

Working with the business on building enhancements

Defining client network with the external customers - like Banks, brokerage, insurance - and connect via Smart (internal managed network) and then third party network.

True telecom Product Manager as this is more about what products in this case for external customers to connect.

Recent experience needed:

BA / PO - thinking around cost to build, value add (case) and running a product.

POC, business case, mtg with vendors on getting information and approach to clients and synergy with client facing departments.

1. Past experience in telecommunication connectivity/third party colocation – high-level infrastructure
