You will serve as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants during the leasing process. Addressing inquiries, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring owner and tenant satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leasing Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee property showings conducted by Leasing Agents
• Reviewing applicants with the property manager and drafting lease paperwork
• Providing recommendations for quick leasing and scheduling showings
• Determining marketing and leasing strategies and adjustments for specific properties
• Oversee HOA application/approval
• Owner and Tenant Communication
• Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities

*Other responsibilities as needed

SALARY DESCRIPTON

• $50,000 base salary PLUS bonuses
• Monthly bonuses

• Previous Leasing experience a huge plus
