```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for sales team
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Calling members for renewals, upgrades, and updating billing information
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Skills```
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience working as a collections agent is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other office software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in front desk or office management roles is a plus
This position requires a reliable individual who can handle various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
