Job Title: Field Project Manager
Location: 2 Metrotech Center, 3rd FL Brooklyn, NY 11201
Hourly Rate: $43 - $45.
Duration: 12 Months.
Job Description:Field Project Manager to provide onsite project management support for the installation of digital time clocks across DOE schools.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, organizing, and management of resources for successful deployment of digital time clocks in DOE schools.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource requirements, and coordination with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Establish escalation protocols, communication strategies, and budget requirements.
- Prepare detailed project plans, monitor schedules to ensure timely completion, and lead status meetings.
- Track and maintain detailed issues and risks registers.
- Prepare project meeting minutes and status reports.
- Regularly meet with related teams to identify and address risks and issues promptly.
- Identify mitigation strategies for risks/issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of hands-on, onsite Field Project Management in Network Infrastructure Installation and Deployment projects.
- 6 years of Project Management experience in the Data network industry.
- 6 years of teamwork experience & leadership abilities in network infrastructure deployment and implementation.
- 6 years of customer service and client-facing experience in the field.
- 6 years of experience documenting project deliverables.
- 6 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project).
Preferable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college.
- Prior education industry/project experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detailed and process-oriented; extremely organized.
