About the Job
This role is located in New Orleans. The position requires an intimate knowledge and thorough understanding of AIA Construction Contracts and requirements, applicable codes, schedule monitoring and an understanding of materials, methods and processes of commercial construction. Candidate is expected to be a team player, has the responsibilities of a project manager during the course of construction administration, and acts as the primary representative for the design team.
