eShocan LLC is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Ypsilanti, MI

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Direct responsibility for finding and contracting with new customers either by creating own leads and/or following up on provided leads 

  • Establish plans and strategies for targeted eShocan services and projects to expand the customer base to meet annual sales revenue targets

  • Oversee all customer business development and sales activities related to targeted accounts 

  • Ensure that company has an in-depth understanding of the customers desired services and their ongoing needs 

  • Provide feedback from potential customers to enhance service performance 

  • Work closely with recruiting team to capture, quote, and margin up all customer requisitions 

  • Negotiate and own customer master service agreements (MSA) to ensure mutual benefit for eShocan and its targeted customers 

  • Maintain contact with obtained and potential customers to grow revenue to promote sales 

  • Identify opportunities for new services and enhancement of existing services 

  • Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and identify business opportunities and threats 

  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company's services are used and sold within that market 

  • Responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development and/or Account Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or engineering/computer science related field
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and get results
  • Experience in automotive industry

This is a new, rapidly growing business where candidates will have the opportunity to build their own sales strategies and grow their career within an evolving company 

Work Site Description: 

Hybrid, mostly remote. About 1 day in the office per week.
