Your Role: As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop construction specifications and the methodology of evaluating, validating, recommending, and implementing projects that are approved.
• Execute capital projects by developing scope and specifications, bidding, contracting for the work, and managing the inspection and payment process pursuant to the contracts.
• Project Manage all capital projects within the assigned portfolio.
• Manage and distribute resident communications and notifications related to construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project budget and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum eight (8) years in construction project management or a minimum of ten (10) years in facility management.
• Must be proficient in general maintenance: including plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roofing, City/County/State building codes and life safety equipment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a welcoming community environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Organizational finesse to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and improve processes.
