Ernst Concrete is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Dayton, OH
- Generate and prepare invoices to customers
- Ability to apply payments and manage credit card transactions
- Process payments received, apply them to the appropriate accounts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Process and research COD tickets and invoices along with researching cash receipts, coding/posting of receipts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
- Prepare bank deposits and maintain accurate/organized financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and support financial reporting
- Research tax-exempt qualifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain and create excel spreadsheets
- Minimum 2 years of recent AR experience
- Proven experience in accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with high volume accounts receivable
- Self-starter and able to adapt to many different roles
- 23-26.50/hr (based on experience)
