Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

Responsible for all day to day, digital marketing. Focused on maximize digital assets and consumer interactions through digital tools including website, email, google shopping, etc. Position will work hand in hand with ERIK'S Marketing Brand Manager and company leadership.

Must have the commitment & drive to stay ahead in a High Performance, Fast Paced Retail Environment and while remaining current on market trends and digital technology.

Position Details

The primary responsibilities and areas of this position include, but are not limited to:

Lead Digital Marketing Team

• Lead Digital Marketing Team to maximize performance

Web Content & Asset Management

• Maintain up to date content for brand websites
• Coordinate internally and externally to ensure content is current

Digital Content Delivery

• Maintain and improve ERIK'S customer delivery platforms and ensure messages are properly targeted.

Digital Analytics

• Utilize Search Engine Optimization to gain site traffic and track by source
• Track customer engagement
• Identify and increase Click Through rate

Internal Communication & Coordination

• Ensure all relevant departments are aligned with brand strategies

External Communication & Coordination

• Ensure all external partners on aligned with brand strategies

Marketing Budget

• Ensure all digital marketing strategies remain within budget as established by Erik's CFO

Experience Requirements

SEO

• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and ability to execute them
• Experience using SEO tools to monitor/track key SEO metrics and ability to turn insights into action

Email Marketing

• Understand value of Customer Segmentation, and some experience with Audience Segmentation
• Experience reviewing and acting on key email metrics
• Previous experience with Enterprise Level Email Marketing Platform

Google Analytics

• Previous Experience working within Google Analytics
• Knowledge of Key Metrics to track within GA and turning those insights into action
• Ability to create custom reports/dashboards
• Experience with GA4 a big plus!

Google Adwords

• Previous experience with managing Google Adwords accounts is a plus
• Thorough understanding of the various campaign types available within Google Adwords
• Experience managing/overseeing Google Shopping campaigns
• Knowledge of Key Metrics to track in Google Adwords Accounts and turning those insights into action

Social Media

• Experience managing Brand Social Media Accounts - both Advertising and organic posting
• Knowledge of Key Metrics to track in Social Media Accounts and turning those insights into action

UX (User Experience) Tools

• Experience using 3rd Party Tools to track and improve UX on websites
• Ability to source, vet and onboard new 3rd Party Tools

Content Management and Creation

• Experience managing high volume of website content to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented to customers
• Ability to use tools to find new content ideas and present those to the Content Team
• Proven experience tracking content performance with the goal of maximizing SEO, UX and surfacing all digital content
• Experience working with popular Blogging platforms
• Knowledge of best practices relating to Image and Video creation/management/deployment in Digital Environments

Working Conditions

• Work is typically performed in an office environment.
• Physical requirements include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, typing, use of general office equipment and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a wide variety of hours, including weekends as needed.
