_ The Role as a Sales Representative _
As a Sales Representative, your day starts with a team meeting, and you'll receive your pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm, designed for homeowner convenience. You'll conduct in-home sales presentations and demos showcasing our exceptional residential roofing application. Using innovative software for accurate measurements and assessing roof conditions, you'll analyze shingle layers and potential damages either through a ladder inspection or attic assessment. You'll then determine pricing based on competitive market rates and negotiate contract closures , providing homeowners with quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications to Join Erie Home as a Sales Representative
Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance
Comfortable traveling within an average of 75-mile radius of the office _(distance varies by office)_
Available for midday, evening, and weekend appointments
Results-Oriented Sales Approach
