Erie Family Health Centers, a top workplace in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Patient Benefit Services team! The Patient Benefit Specialist II supports a variety of initiatives within the Patient Benefit Services Department. The Specialist’s II primary responsibilities will be to inform, educate and assist patients with enrollment of all programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. In addition, they will coordinate and monitor the Patient Benefit Line, desktops through Erie’s electronic medical record, emails, and patients referred to Health Justice. The Patient Benefits Specialist II will be part of a collaborative team to achieve high levels of patient retention and enrollment by ensuring efficient and friendly customer service to the clients of Erie Family Health Centers.
