About this Job

Eridan is looking for a Technical Program Manager to develop, improve and support the manufacturing process for existing and new products. You will be responsible for addressing challenges affecting quality, delivery, and cost. 

A successful Technical Program Manager will demonstrate proficiency independently managing projects of varying complexity, developing and maintaining process documentation, and will have a strong focus on process efficiency improvements, launching new products/processes, and providing cross-functional leadership and collaboration. 

As our Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the CM(s) on product builds, addressing issues, understanding quality concerns, and providing feedback back to the internal team. 
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance levels are met. 
  • Provide technical support, monitor the production process, and ensure high yield and low cost. 
  • Be responsible for specifying requirements for production processes, fixtures, and flows.
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams on DFx and NPI including but not limited to chip assembly, PCB fabrication, and PCB assembly.
  • Monitor process performance metrics to identify opportunities for product and process improvement. 
  • Work with packaging suppliers to ensure product reliably and consistently reaches the end user; establish priorities. 
  • Work closely with internal and external quality to analyze and resolve product defects.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum BS / MS degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years in the electronics manufacturing industry as a manufacturing engineer or equivalent.
  • Must be a hands-on problem solver with a high level of urgency to resolve any issue including unplanned problems when they arise.
  • Must have a strong technical knowledge base of FATP and PCBA manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with NPI.
  • Proven industry track record of scaling from NPI to high-volume.
  • Technical proficiency in electronics assembly and system integration processes.
  • Proficient in MS-Office products, and working knowledge of CAD software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, project management, and analytical skills.

Salary Range

Given our anticipated growth, we are open to hiring individuals with varying levels of experience to fill this role. Salary will be commensurate with job-related skills, experience and other relevant factors. The base salary range for the primary location of this role is between $140,000 and $165,000, plus stock options and benefits.
