Position Overview:

Temporary Relocation Project Manager (2-3 months) ONLY.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Project Manager to oversee the seamless transition of our operations from New York City to Miami. This individual will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring all aspects of the relocation are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan outlining all necessary tasks and deadlines for the relocation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including department heads, vendors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and timely execution of relocation activities.
• Manage multiple aspects of the relocation simultaneously, including but not limited to logistics, facilities, IT infrastructure, and employee communications.
• Collaborate closely with the COO to provide regular updates on project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and propose solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all relocation-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee budgetary aspects of the relocation project, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits and resources are allocated effectively.
• Conduct post-relocation evaluations to assess the success of the project and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from planning through execution.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate challenges and changes in project scope or requirements.
• Prior experience in relocation or facility management is a plus.

Pay: $4,278.46 - $5,152.55 per month
