Shall have a baccalaureate degree in Engineering/Architecture and/or Construction related field from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience in the inspection and monitoring of construction projects, two (2) years must involve managing all phases of construction work on multiple projects; and a valid New York State drivers license.
Candidates must be able to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client / facility. Applicants should also have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process, and the review / approval of contractor’s payment application.
