- General oversight of small, medium, and large-scale projects and initiatives
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Follow the documented project management methodology
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational and technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the Project Owner, Executive Sponsor, and key stakeholder
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term deliverables
- Develop relationships with multiple departments
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience managing/directing projects and/or teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
