Global Engineering Technology is Hiring a Project Manager Near Wichita, KS
Description
- Coordinate quotes, schedule, and status between Client and our Company’s operations in Dallas and Wichita
- Coordinate the repair or replacement of interior components and soft goods per client's request
- Coordinate all repair activities between Company and 3rd party vendors
- Review incoming damaged parts to ensure work scope is in line with quote
- Perform inspections on incoming aircraft looking for damaged interior components
- Communicate upsell possibilities
- Evaluate quality of work received from 3rd party vendors prior to re-installation in the aircraft
- Track progress according to schedule
- Support management and team members
- Performs maintenance work such as repair and maintenance of Company equipment and shop housecleaning
- Adhere to company health and safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- Experience supervising aerospace interior installation or manufacturing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong motivational and leadership skills
- Willingness to collaborate and problem-solve
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with quick decision-making capabilities
- Be able to read and interpret engineering documents
- Maintain a safe work environment for themselves and their coworkers by following safety procedures
