Equilibrium Homes of St. Louis is Hiring a Program Manager ISL / Residential Near St. Louis, MO

We are currently hiring Program Managers from $56,000 to $78,000 per year for locations in St. Louis City, North County and Jefferson County.

We have 20 sites around the St. Louis City, North County and St. Charles area, and over 200 staff members who are working diligently to assist and empower our clients 24/7. Many of our clients have challenging behaviors.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee at the service sites and lead teams of staff who are directly involved in the day-to-day service delivery. The Program Manager will also be responsible for quality assurance of the ISL program, ensuring clients are healthy and safe and meeting key performance outcomes. Program Managers will be certified as RBTs upon hire to provide behavior support alongside the supervising BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred)
  • Driver's license and auto insurance
  • Previous managerial or supervisor experience in residential / ISL setting with challenging behaviors
  • RBT certification preferred; willingness to complete paid RBT certification upon hired

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, train and supervise staff on a daily basis ensuring the client is always in a safe and positive environment
  • Maintain email and phone communication with guardians and external teams
  • Participate in management of client expenses and household budgeting
  • Maintain staff schedule
  • Review and complete daily and monthly documentation as required by regulations
  • Provide on call assistance to respond to emergency client needs
  • Accompany clients to designated outings on a daily basis as part of ABA therapy program, which may include transporting the client/staff
  • Support the Behavior Analyst by providing direct ABA therapy as outlined in the behavior treatment plan to achieve daily goals as a RBT (24 - 30 hours per week).

Schedule:

  • Regular office hours (spent visiting client sites)
  • Must be on call for emergencies/coverage
