BlueHalo is currently seeking an Experienced Network Engineer to provide critical contributions within a high priority program. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Experienced Network Engineer on the team, you will perform network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing design, specifications, and related documents.
• Performing general LAN/CAN/WAN administration.
• Scheduling conversions and cutovers.
• Coordinating with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents.
• Translating business requirements into telecommunications (e.g., LAN, CAN, WAN, Voice, and Video) requirements, designs and orders.
• Performing engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives in support of strategic modernization efforts and telecommunications enhancement design for medium and large-scale telecommunication infrastructures.
• Assisting telecommunications end users, telecommunications operations personnel, and telecommunications

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

• Five (5) years experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, seven (7) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines with a high school diploma.
• Certification in routing such as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher.
• Shall have "Security " related certification.
• Recommended CWIP Level: IAT 1
• Experience with Cisco, Visio, IP Spaces, VPN knowledge and scans, STE/STN experience
