Position: Network Engineer II– Active TS/SCI/FS Poly security clearance required
Position Location: Annapolis Junction, MD.
Position Description: We are seeking a Network Engineer II to support our efforts in Maryland. Our ideal candidate would possess a broad range of skills as our scope of work spans various technologies. Altamira Technologies Corporation encourages independent problem solving but also provides deep reach-back support and a collaborative environment for our engineering team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·Ten (10) years' experience as a Network Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
·Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four(4) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines with a high school diploma.
·Certification in routing such as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher. Shall have "Security " related certification.
·CWIP Yrs Experience: IAT 3
·Recommended CWIP Level: IAT 2
Desired Skills:
·Experience with Cisco, Visio, IP Spaces, VPN knowledge and scans
