Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior Executive locatedin the Washington DC area.

Summary: The Senior Executive will be responsible for leading the company’s capabilities portfolio towards establishing and leading a Science and Technology/ Research and Development Profit/Loss Center. This position will play a key role in shaping the direction of our company’s technology, research and innovation agenda.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development.
• Leads the execution of technology strategy for platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
• Oversees research and development and project management, including profit and loss
• Establishes technical standards and ensure adherence for product development in company’s operations.
• Connects related Science and Technology/Research and Development capabilities with the current fleet requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
• 20 years or more of professional related experience
• Experience in military or government service preferred
• Possesses active relationships with DARPA, ONR and J-HAPL and relationship with the industrial base supporting these organizations
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire people to action
• Proven record in leading business growth, including managing profit and loss
• Must hold an Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI access
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCOUS (approximately 30% annually)
