Service staff get cross-trained at multiple restaurants as well as being closely involved with farm production. The menus are seasonally influenced and inspired by our farmers. We hire positions for ALL locations. During the hiring process we evaluate every applicant's spotlight and make a placement where you can shine the most.

Your previous experience will be a key deciding factor in the hiring process, although we are open to those with the drive to learn despite a lack of direct serving or restaurant experience. Preferred, but not required: previous serving or bartending experience.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work as a team and assist those in need
• Flawlessly and gracefully serve food and beverages to our guests
• Learn details of the company’s seasonal menu
• Hosts: Oversee the dining room flow, reservations, confirmations, and incoming calls
• Busser (Back waiter): Clearing and resetting the tables properly
• Arrange table settings and escort guests to the proper tables 
• Be aware of what's in season, cooking methods, and be able to provide extensive food descriptions
• Communicate with the kitchen and service manager consistently
• Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and department
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous service experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
• Knowledge of fine food and wine, as well as proper serving techniques preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to walk/stand the entire shift
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Can handle working in a hot environment
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and walk up/down stairs
