As the Regional System Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting the IT and telephonic needs of our warehouse operations. Reporting to the System Support Group General Manager and the National System Support Analyst General Manager, you will lead a regional team in providing technical assistance and guidance to ensure smooth operations of our systems and infrastructure. This role requires travel based on project needs and demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with corporate IT teams to plan and implement changes to the local IT infrastructure.

- Ensure network security compliance as per corporate standards.

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the site's IT infrastructure, including LAN management.

- Manage upgrades and changes to the company's telephone system.

- Oversee training program computer stations and software maintenance.

- Provide expert support for troubleshooting, backups, disaster recovery, and internal system implementation.

- Lead help desk activities and respond to escalated issues promptly.

- Manage vendor relationships and local purchasing of hardware, software, and IT supplies.

- Design and prepare daily and monthly reports for corporate and management.

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety practices in warehouse technology areas.

Minimum Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to initiate and manage warehouse distribution programs.

- Extensive knowledge and certifications in Computer Networking, WMS, and TMS systems.

- Logistics and EDI knowledge with troubleshooting expertise.

- Management skills for providing high-level tier support.

- College-level training or 4 to 5 years of experience in systems management.
