We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fresh Loading Supervisor to join our team at Epic Personnel Partners. To provide senior managerial and operational support to the DC Manager by managing the day to day activities of the entire distribution center.

Salary: $47,500 - $51,000 / YR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise department associates including loaders and oversee control center clerks for door operations.
• Manage attendance records and coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate with WCDL dispatch and yard operations.
• Organize dock doors and trailer assignments.
• Assign tasks, schedule breaks, and conduct employee evaluations.
• Handle customer issues and maintain client relations.
• Ensure timely store departures and oversee loading processes.
• Maintain warehouse sanitation standards.
• Ensure load security and maintain a safe workplace.

Qualifications:

• Must have high level computer skills, such as MS Office, Excel, and WMS system literacy.
• Warehouse Supervision experience is required.
• Be able to interact with all levels of management with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
