Now Hiring - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Assisted Living)

We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents and ensuring they receive the best care and support. As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living community.

Position Summary:

As the Executive Director of Assisted Living, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our Assisted Living community in Los Angeles. You will provide leadership and direction to our dedicated team of staff, ensuring the highest level of care, safety, and well-being for our residents. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional who is committed to making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure the community operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and meets our high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the Assisted Living community, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best care to residents.
  • Implement and maintain effective programs and services to enhance the well-being and quality of life for residents.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote the community and maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior living, assisted living, or healthcare management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the senior living industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
