We are looking for energetic people to join our growing team. As a Facility Install Assistant, you must possess a high level of professionalism, dependability, and have a positive attitude even during the busiest of times. While the entire club team plays a different role in the openings of our clubs, it's our Facility Install Team who takes the lead on executing all things related to equipment and basic building installations. Reporting to the Facility Install Coordinator, our Facility Install Assistant will be proficient at multitasking and work well in a high energy atmosphere. Department: Facilities

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans, and exercise practitioners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support all states we operate in which will include future grand openings, heavy travel is required:AZ, CA, NV, UT, TX, FL
• Manage incoming equipment and deliveries.
• Assist with various projects as required.
• Support in large equipment installation when needed.
• Handle assembly and disassembly of equipment.
• Execute basic building installations which will include shelving installation.
• Maintain a meticulously organized inventory.
• Keep thorough records of equipment history.
• Maintains EOS Fitness protocol compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ hands-on equipment installation experience.
• 3 years building installation experience.
• 3 years fitness facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.
• Must have a general understanding of computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Must successfully pass background check.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 50 lbs.
