Position Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for our Real Estate AI SAAS Solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients in the real estate industry, including real estate agencies, property developers, and other relevant stakeholders.

  2. Build and manage a sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  3. Collaborate with the Ops teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our Real Estate AI SAAS Solutions.

  5. Effectively communicate the features, capabilities, and ROI of our products to potential clients.

  6. Understand client needs and pain points, providing customized solutions and proposals.

  7. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage our AI SAAS solutions for maximum benefit.

  8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

  9. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing support.

  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the company's CRM system.

  11. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.

  12. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in SAAS sales, ideally within the real estate or technology sector.

  2. Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including its challenges and opportunities.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  4. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

  5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to take initiative.
