EnVogue is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to invoicing, credit management, and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Manage financial transactions, from invoicing to reconciliation.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, prepare and present reports.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Support audits and tax preparations.
• Manage new customer set-ups.
• Stay knowledgeable with current industry trends and regulations regarding finance and credit management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years' experience in Accounting/Finance in wholesale, fashion, or related consumer goods industry
• Understanding of accounting and cost control principles, including GAAP is preferred.
• Analytical skills, finance, and accounting knowledge
• Experience in invoicing and credit management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial software and systems, specifically BlueCherry/Microsoft Dynamics
• Working with large retailers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
