As a Manhattan Active Transportation Management System (TMS) Senior Consultant, you will be focusing on leading the functional and technical implementation of Manhattan Active TMS.

Responsibilities include leading the functional design, technical development, system configuration, and integrating Manhattan Active.

The Senior Consultant is also responsible for developing project documentation and supporting the testing of the application.

What you will do :

• Design functional and technical processes utilizing industry best practices matching those to the client's needs and the Manhattan's Software architecture
• Represent the technical team for major projects in the review and analyses of business requirements, functional specifications, design documents and overall solution design for Manhattan Active TMS implementations
• Architect and develop configuration to support the client's requirements
• Perform unit testing with documented test cases and results.
• Provide testing support and defect resolution across all testing cycles of a major project including client integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Provide input on information technology tools, application upgrades and architectural design
• Actively participate in continuous process improvement efforts

What you will bring :

• Bachelors or advanced Degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering strongly preferred
• Experience in configuring, developing, and / or integrating Manhattan Active transportation management software (TMS)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience configuring and / or implementing Manhattan TMS (Any version)
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Drive to ask questions frequently and engage in and retain meaningful knowledge transfer to master business goals and processes
• Candidates may live remotely anywhere in the contiguous US; travel expected up to 25%
