Envisionit, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking a part-time Digital Solutions Manager to support our growth and enhance our Technology team's capabilities. This part-time role is perfect for those who are technologically savvy and eager to apply their skills across a range of digital tools and platforms in a marketing context.

The Digital Technology Manager will provide crucial support to our Technology team, acting as a technical liaison and facilitator across various digital projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of digital technologies who are looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced agency setting.

Key functions:

• Assist with the management and optimization of digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, landing page, and analytics platforms.

• Quickly adapt and learn new technologies, tools, and systems with the willingness to take on challenges with minimal direction.

• Assist in the integration and optimization of digital platforms and tools, with a strong focus on API connectivity and third-party integrations.

• Perform basic code adjustments (HTML, JavaScript) to aid in troubleshooting and improving digital asset functionality.

• Utilize AI tools and critical thinking to contribute to problem-solving and project efficiencies.

• Support cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment between technical and non-technical teams.

• Help in the evaluation and integration of new marketing technologies to enhance campaign performance and data analysis.

• Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation for digital processes and tools.

What we're looking for:

• Broad experience with digital technologies and platforms, with a capability for making light code edits (HTML, JavaScript).

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

• Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

• Resourcefulness and self-direction in tackling new challenges and learning new systems.

• A passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of technology trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
