Mason Frank International is Hiring a Salesforce Digital Delivery and Solutions Lead Near Chicago, IL

As a Digital Delivery Leader for financial services, you will drive solutions and presales activities in North America for FS accounts etc) business. You will demonstrate your strong technology capabilities, understanding of domain skills and ability to shape tangible propositions for our clients in one or more of the following front office areas –

  • Experience design and engineering – Web, Mobile, chatbots, etc
  • Content & Document Management – web content, doc management, customer communication, etc
  • Customer Management – client and sales management, lead management, etc
  • Business Process Management / Automation
  • Digital Marketing

Picture yourself working with a highly motivated, successful, and diverse team of Account Executives (who manage the relationships), Practice teams (for solutioning and presales), Clients (CxOs, VPs, Directors on both business & IT) and SMEs to construct compelling propositions for our clients.

Responsibilities -

  • All-round who is customer facing, with deep expertise in the Digital in BFSI Domain and an ability to articulate the value proposition of the companies digital offerings to our clients
  • For assigned accounts, you will work closely with the respective AEs to identify, shape and support digital opportunities
  • Think outside the box and identify new opportunities in the relationship in order to continuously develop, fine tune, and evolve the alliance
  • Will provide thought leadership and POVs to clients to help resolve their current and future challenges
  • Will get onboarded to these engagements for initial discovery / assessments in a lead capacity
  • Work with the broader digital practice and help drive a successful proposition
  • Need to analyze the continuously changing technology landscape and suggest what capabilities need to be invested in

experience -

  • 15 overall experience in technology and consulting services
  • 8 years of presales and consulting experience in Digital areas mentioned above
  • 8 years of technology strategy or hands on experience
  • 8 years in client engagement and delivery experience
  • Hands on experience driving RFPs / RFIs and shaping deals for digital deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models
  • Knowledge of how the IT landscape with evolving with cloud, digital and technology playing the catalyst for innovation
