Job Summary:
Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Milpitas, California. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of our dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. The compensation for this position is $200,000 to $360,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and track individual and team sales performance
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, marketing, service) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Create and maintain sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold the dealership's reputation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Understanding of market trends and competition in the automotive industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
