Envision Insurance Group is growing Independent Insurance Agency in Central Illinois and is looking to expand our Commercial Lines Department in all of our offices; Peoria, Morton, Galesburg and Decatur.
You will work closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our Commercial Lines Customers. As a CSR your responsibilities will include preparing and process quotes, proposals, applications, bonds, endorsements and certificates of insurance. You will assess risk and coverage, review and update policies. Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings and general correspondence. Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments and monitor accounts receivable.
You will need to possess the desire, ability and positive attitude to handle a fast-paced, high volume environment and have effective oral and written communication and human relation skills. You must pass and maintain Illinois insurance license. General office and organizational skills required. Effective computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must. Experience with Applied Systems software a plus. Prefer candidate with insurance office customer support experience and a current Illinois Insurance License.
