We are currently seeking candidates to fill a HR Systems & Analytics Manager located either in Santa Clara, CA or Smyrna, TN

JOB SUMMARY

The HR Systems and Analytics Manager is primarily responsible for managing the company’s end-to-end digitization of the Human Resources department. Lead the selection, integration and implementation of external platforms including a global Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Manage, support, and administer HRIS, software applications and related procedures, documentation, security, and reports. Configure and/or modify business processes and develop appropriate documentation for process and integration design, implementation, and test activities. Work closely with the IT team, business operations, and 3rd party providers. The HR Systems and Analytics Manager will be responsible to improve the overall integrity of HR data, ensuring that the employee data is accurate, up to date, and remains confidential. This position will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to connect HR data to business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. 

  • Leads the sourcing, selection, integration and implementation of a global Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Acts as the subject matter expert with development of HRIS, including resolving HRIS tickets timely, providing access, launching modules, building workflows, and creating long term solutions.
  • Implements HR System modules including but not limited to talent management, payroll, talent development, benefits and shared services.
  • Facilitates HRIS user success through training, development, communications, etc.
  • Maintains the HRIS system by updating system settings, adding new features, building workflows, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Designs, organizes, modifies, and supports information for process automation.
  • Conducts research on industry best practices, trends, and standards to identify opportunities to optimize HRIS processes and workflows.
  • Collaborates with IT to ensure HRIS system security and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics tools to streamline HR processes and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manages HR data, develop, and maintain HR reports, and provide insights to leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics and develops a plan to modify or replace HRIS applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades, as appropriate, to further improve operations, security and enhance value.
  • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, and evaluation of key performance factors, such as cost, quality and delivery including benchmarking performance against peer groups.
  • Build, foster and manage relationships with various bness stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution around company goals.
  • Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards.
  • Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education and Experience):

Minimum Qualifications – Experience

  • 5 years of experience managing, implementing, and supporting a global HRIS and related modules including but not limited to HR database, Applicant tracking, Onboarding, Performance management, Benefits administration, Workforce management, Time and attendance, Absence and leave management, Learning and development, Talent management, Succession planning, HR analytics, Payroll, and Employee self-service.
  • HR data analysis in areas including job classification, compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance environments.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws in addition to multi-territory requirements to support employment, HR, and HR policies.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities while managing multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications – Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field required.

Computer Skills and Required Software Experience 

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced Excel functionalities such as Formulas, V-Look Ups, Macros, Data manipulation and validation, and Pivot tables.
  • Data visualization software such as Tableau or related to manipulate and analyze large data sets and produce insightful reports, dashboards and visualizations.
  • HRIS systems knowledge such as: ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycor, Paylocity, etc. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements described below are representative of those an employee must normally meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   • Ability to remain in stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Ability to lift, push and / or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, lift and / or twist.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is primarily an office setting. However, it is expected to provide support in an automated manufacturing facility with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise and forklift traffic.

The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with employees, management, customers and suppliers.
