Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment to determine the root cause of problems.
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and manuals to perform maintenance tasks accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience working with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks.
