About the Role:

As an installer, you will install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Be able to self-manage and work with other installers to install projects competently and completely on time, on budget, and meet all local codes while maintaining company standards.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $32.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Work Hours: M-F schedule, Overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
• EPA Universal is required, and an OH Journeyman license is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Willingness to commit to professional development classes, in-house training, and/or in-field training
