Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations by managing material and equipment logistics in our small warehouse for our residential and commercial projects. From coordinating deliveries to maintaining inventory accuracy, your contributions will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material and equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and staging for daily project schedules
• Monitor material returns, facilitating returns to stock or vendors as necessary
• Collaborate with accounting, project management, and service teams to assign PO numbers and track material usage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, parts department, and surrounding areas
• Ensure company vehicles are properly stocked and maintained for projects and daily service needs
• Assist in receiving and handling equipment deliveries, supporting installers as required

Work Schedule:

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm daily (with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay scale: $20.00 - $28.00/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Maintain a clean driving record insurable by the Company's insurance carrier
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Willingness to invest in training seminars and classes
• Ability to follow directions effectively, both written and verbal
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings, including safe ladder use
• Full compliance with company safety protocols
• Excellent punctuality, with a 99% attendance record
• Ability to dress appropriately in company-branded attire
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 100 pounds unassisted
• Proficiency in unloading, stocking, and loading supplies and equipment
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and drive trailers
• Earn and maintain EPA certification
• Completion of OSHA 10 training
