About the Role:

As a commercial installer, you would supervise and work alongside commercial crews on a variety of commercial HVAC new construction and retrofit projects under the direction of the Commercial Projects Manager to complete plan and spec/design-build projects on time, on budget, and according to plans.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Work Hours: Flexible per project 7:30 am - 4:30 pm/5 days (8 hrs.) or 7:30 am - 6:00 pm/4 days (10 hrs.) -- break and lunch times required by law (Overtime as needed)

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks and tests
• EPA Universal is required, and an OH Journeyman license is a plus
• Prior commercial installation experience
• Proficient in duct work installations and on-site sheet metal fabrication
• Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and other tradesmen on the worksites
• Willingness to commit to professional development classes, in-house training, and/or in-field training
