Entertainment Technology Partners is Hiring an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (FT) Near Orlando, FL

The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist will perform duties to create and generate invoices, process accounts receivable transactions, apply and account for cash receipts and related reporting while assisting the accounting department with billing, tracking and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts.
Some duties may include:
- Creates invoices, enters daily deposits, manage AR portals, and follow up with client on aging balances.
- Maintaining customer files on client terms, sales tax resale certificates, insurance certificates, etc.
- Assisting with month–end accounts receivable account reconciliations.
To be a successful Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist you should have the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- At least two years of related experience.
